new Andrew pics

Andrew found Keith's sunglasses the other day and had to put them. Does he look too cool for 3?

Andrew enjoyed a Berry Yogurt popsicle the other day. I don't know if this photo truly demonstrates the mess he made.

Andrew and Jonathan playing together - sort of. Jonathan was only allowed to play with certain pieces of the train track. But we'll take any sort of sharing!

Uh-Oh! He's standing!!

How could such a sweet, adorable face invoke such fear in the heart of his mother? One word - standing!

Why do they love the stairs?
Look how happy he is that he can almost climb them.

Standing in his crib - and yes those are tears in his eyes. I went to get him, saw him standing, and ran for the camera. He thought I was leaving him in there forever, or at least that's how he cried!

"I'll get my own toys from now on, thank you very much!"

Oh, so big, one-handed standing. Stop the madness!

Birthday Party

YUMMY Carrot Cake!

Jonathan wasn't too excited about the party hat.

Andrew created cake-on-a-stick.

Sydney and Andrew taking a 20-second time out - in the same chair!

Ring Around the Rosie

Last Saturday was my birthday and Jill, Sydney, and Brenna were here to help me celebrate. They got me a yummy carrot cake with cute butterfly candles. And no party is complete without party hats and blowers! Thanks for helping make my birthday such a great day!

Prairie Pines Pumpkin Patch

This is us with four kids. Scary!

The last time we took a picture together (Christmas 2005) with Sydney and Andrew. Ahhh, how much younger and less sleep-deprived we look.

Here we are trying to get a picture of the four kids and us all looking at the camera at the same time. Not an easy feat!

So close, but it will have to do because there was some melting down...

Andrew trying to pick out which pumpkin to put in the stroller.

Brenna checking on Jonathan's pumpkin status.

Brenna and Sydney posing with the giant pumpkins. Such adorable girls!

Andrew was fascinated with these gourds that looked like geese.

Jonathan with a little baby pumpkin. I think he might have tried to eat it...

In the top left of this photo, there is a little sign that says, "Do NOT climb on the rocks." Umm, 3 year olds can't read and apparently neither can their moms. We didn't spend too much time near the waterfall. The water and the climbing was too much for them to resist.

At the beginning of the pumpkin patch trail, is this great old stone bridge. Andrew, Brenna and Sydney were checking out the huge lily pads.

Last Saturday when Jill and the girls were here visiting, we went to Prairie Pines Pumpkin Patch. The kids had a lot of fun running around and climbing on pumpkins. Andrew tried to fill our stroller with pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and colors. In the end, we let him pick 4 little 50 cent pumpkins and we tried to catch a few good photos. Not an easy task with everyone running in a different direction! Except for Jonathan, who was confined to the stroller.

The kids playing night-night. If only they would really sleep when they played this game!

This past weekend, Jill, Sydney and Brenna came for a visit. We had so much fun. The kids played and tortured each other. Brenna was in love with Baby Jonasun. So sweet! Thanks for making the long drive! We loved having you!

Stony Brook

Audra and Dave

Grammy and Grandpa - Happy 40th Anniversary!

Last Sunday evening, our last night in Boston, we visited the Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary. The sun was setting and the lighting was beautiful as you will see in these pictures Keith took. And as a bonus, there was a long walking trail and we all got some exercise and a chance to enjoy a gorgeous New England Fall evening.
